Hi ladies, hope you’re all doing well.
I have been sitting in the VIP section on the hot mess express lately. Honestly, depression is such a hassle. It throws me for such a loop internally; making life around me feel scattered and out of place.
In an effort to help get myself out of this slump, I have made a “to-do” chart for my morning routine during the week. Not only will this help keep me on track, but it will also provide a visible and consistent schedule for Charlotte as I begin to introduce her to chores.
I kept the categories simple and to the point.
- Take meds and/or vitamins
- Brush our teeth
- Make our beds
- Get dressed
Anyway, I would love to know if anyone ends up printing and using this! Tag me on Instagram. I plan on laminating it and using Velcro fabric stars to check things as completed.
